Today, companies and organizations using the social network LinkedIn, and its huge database, in order to find the best potential applicants for jobs which they recruiting for.
We understood the need for using that database, to extend the companies database for the recruiters, so we developed a new pitcher that will let you run "applicant’s hunter" in the LinkedIn directly through the Hunter, finds an applicant that suits the jobs requirements, and track the procedure with him, very easily.

In This Page we will learn all about working in LinkedIn from the Hunter HRMS, Main features:
1) Creating an applicant hunter, that will search for suitable applicants from the LinkedIn network DataBase.
2) Attaching applicant card to his LinkedIn profile.
3) On the first time that we will try using LinkedIn we will have to LogIn to our LinkedIn User.

1) Searching for an applicant by some cuts through the Hunter's applicant hunter, watching his
    cv and more information about him and open him an applicant card in the Hunter HRMS.
1.Creating Applicant Hunter, with the attributes we want our applicant results to have.  

2.After the Hunter will finish his search, we will go to the results page, and able too see that the hunter searched for applicants in our database, and the LinkedIn DataBase.

we can see that compared to the search in our database which got us 11 results, the search in the LinkedIn database found Over 1000 Results.

3.In Order to watch the LinkedIn Results, we will press the LinkedIn Results Button.

Clicking the applicant's name will get us to his provisional applicant card that the software created for him, with all his information and cv, that the software took from the LinkedIn database.

2) Attaching existing Apllicant in the Software to his LinkedIn profile.
We can attach every applicat from our software to his LinkedIn profile.
This attachment will give as more information about the applicant, which we didnt have on our software.
Like Recommendations, Picture, Comment of other people about him and more...

First step, we will go to the applicant card, in the Hunter HRMS.

We added to the regular applicant card the Tab LinkedIn

Pressing the LinkedIn Tab will get us to the LinkedIn page of the applicant (in the hunter software)

We will fill in the applicant name, and run a search in the LinkedIn to find our applicant.

From all the results we will find our applicant, and Connect his applicant card to his LinkedIn profile.

3) On the first time using the LinkedIn feautre we will have to LogIn to our LinkedIn user.
1.We will get this Error Message: 

Click on the Link will get as to a LinkedIn Login page.

Here we must Enter our LinkedIn user details in order to login. Our LinkedIn Email, and Linked In Password. and then press the Ok button.

After filling in the right detail, we will recieve an Ok message. From now on the Hunter HRMS and the LinkedIn are connected, and every Hunter we will run will search the LinkedIn database.
