CV Analysis & Filing is a program made to import data about applicants from the CV they have sent via email and file their CV into database using the following categories:
- Candidate Experience.
- Candidate Education.
- Candidate location and other personal details.
- Candidate notes.
- Candidate recruitment source.
Without any human intervention …
This system (Automatic parser) work in the order explained below:
- The EMAIL (with the CV) sends to the appropriate Email address.
- The email is scanned and checked for a CV include.
- If a CV file is include inside the mail massage the CV Analysis & Filing start the parsing process for the CV.
- The data is been send to the database and an applicant card is been opened inside the HUNTER HRMS.
- The applicant data is ready to use inside the Hunter HRMS.

First steps we need to make before using the HUNTER HRMS:
We need to fill in some data about applicants so we could lunch Hunters and find appropriate applicants to a job.
To do so we will need to use the mailbox that has been opened for us by the Niloosoft Company and forward all of our mail (the mails containing CV we want to Analysis and File into the database) into this email address.
· There are 4 ways to activate the CV Analysis & Filing.
· two of them are explained under the title "Automatic Forwarding" one of them is very practical and most recommended while the other is harming the automatic analysis & filing:
1. You can use the "Automatic Forward" by directing the mail strait from your Mail Server (rather if it’s your ISP or the Sys Admin) to the email box referred to you by Niloosoft. By doing so we create a direct forward of the mail been sent by the applicant to your mail box (giving to you by Niloosoft). In other word you create a copy of the mail without losing the original file + the identity of the personal details is saved. > This is the most recommended method for beginners.
2. By publishing the email address giving to you by Niloosoft where ever you publish your jobs (sites or / and newspapers)
> this is another fast and most simple and efficient way to do so.
3. Another use By doing "Automatic Forward" (as mentioned before), rather if it's from your Outlook program or from any other mail Client to the email address giving to you by Niloosoft. >This is not a recommended way for the CV Analysis & Filing because of the loss of the original identity (the "from" field and other personal details) of the sender.
4. By sending every mail manually from you Email account to the email address giving to you by Niloosoft. >This is the worst and un-useful and un-efficient way to do so.
